Repairs are free within 3 months of purchase (you are responsible for shipping). Thereafter repairs have a flat fee of $20.

We always do our best to accommodate your requests! Your order ships within 3-7 days of placing the order, however our made to order items may take up to 3 weeks. If you require an expedited order please email us after placing your order to email@example.com.

All our jewelry comes in a custom printed gift bag or box depending on the product.

Yes – If you lose a single earring you can order it. You will pay half the retail price. If you want to order a special ring size, chain or bracelet length we will be happy to accommodate you- just send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
We use 14k gold, sterling silver and brass.

At this time we ship internationally to Canada (shipping is additional).
